The first meeting with the new Representatives will take place on the 11th of January 2008.

In order to be able to convert the committee of Representatives into a real Board of Directors, their priority is to prepare a General Meeting in which their duties and functioning scheme can be determined, as you all can read in the By-laws of the CoO of MCC, elsewhere on this website.

Until then they are not a Board of Directors.

As Board of Directors they can

  1. vote decisively on all matters regarding the CoO,
  2. they can prepare and approve budgets,
  3. they can prepare changes and approve or reform the statutes and determine rules of interior regime (the latter one I still not have in my posession or do not exist {yet}),
  4. they can remove and appoint Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Secretaries and Administrators

only if and when these rights have been approved by a General Meeting. Practise is they will not be given all power, but theoretically, yes, they can be given all power. The highest organ allways stays the General Meeting.
