As you might know, during the General Meeting of 1 June 2007 our members determined to have representatives. The initial idea was that they would each represent a block, but as we have 40 blocks, it was judged that meetings would be impossible. So, it would be about twelve.
Almost as if pre-destined, exactly a dozen came forward!! So it was decided that every one of them would be a representative, but for all the Community. As they were not personally elected, they first discussed their legal status. They decided to stay on for half a year after which their elected successors would have to carry on from then.

There are quite a few, because these voluntary pioneers are eager to put uncertain situations to an end by discussing a lot, so they meet frequently. They are really a catalyst in the process of improving the standard of life on our urbanization. It is noticeable that the urbanization is getting mature. These reps are just a few that are almost daily facing the needs of an urbanization like ours. So give them input, ask them what you always wanted to know about ... or tell your worries to:

By the way, these "repmeetings" also can be attended by the President of the Community of Owners (Frank van Son) and the Administrator (Francisco Domingo Frutos), who in most occasions will be represented by Emil J. Böttcher. The last named is the international spokesman of the Administrator and as such he is personally (if not attending meetings) in the office of the Community on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 13.00 hours at the service of owners about any matter concerning the Community of Owners. He also most of the time answers the non-Spanish mails sent to administrador@mazarron.cc.
