Pay your dues

All who have been at the EGM have received a list of unpaid fees.
Yes, paid is in Spanish ‘pagado’ and not paid ‘impagado’ and the plural of that ‘impagados’, the non-paid. In that EGM has been said the Administration has still 11 payments we don’t know to whom they belong. We are all only human, meaning not all on that list really know they are on it and it doesn’t even matter who’s fault it is.
For example an awful lot of people don’t know fees are due to be paid monthly in advance. And some pay once a year or every half a year, but not in advance. Or monthly, but not in advance. Then for some reason in September the payment was not made and you’re 2 months behind and on the list shown at the EGM.

Please, check the list and help us improve the administration. You also can contact someone else you see is on that list and ask if he or she is aware of that and/or explain, persuade, convince or whatever it takes to help us make that list as small as possible. Please take that responsibility, it is not the administrator’s, we already contact all, but many just do not respond. We neither want to take anybody to court, nobody!

HOW TO PAY YOUR COMMUNITY FEES:

Always mention your block and plot number!!!

We do not accept cheques.
We do not accept cash money.
We do accept direct debits.

1. You have a Spanish bank account

A. You give us a direct debit to allow us to take the necessary payments of your account and we will take care of the rest i.e. every first week of the month we ask your bank to transfer your monthly fee to us and in case of differences we will settle them. You can always contact us about any differences or irregularities you don’t trust and we will try together with you to find out what’s wrong and if so settle them.

B. You give a standing order to your bank, that they should pay what you tell them to
2090 0074 12 0040255839
Holder of the account: CDAD PR MAZARRON COUNTRY CLUB

Any irregularities you should tell your bank within 30 days.

2. You don't have a Spanish bank account

Bank Identifier Code: CAAMES2108M
Holder of the account: CDAD PR MAZARRON COUNTRY CLUB
Murcia, Spain

Bank commission

The latter one is of course the most expensive way to pay, because the bank in your country and the receiving bank in Spain both will charge commission.

Only 1.A. and 2.A. are guaranteed the cheapest way to pay, because they are without bank commission, without any further costs.

The less hassle is absolutely 1.A. So what should you do?

Direct Debit

Just give us the 20 digits of your Spanish bank account number and the name of the account holder and block and plot number and we take care of the rest. In order to do so, click on the image, save it on your computer, print it out (on half a page), fill it in and fax it to (+34) 968 205 398. We will take every first week of the month the necessary amount from your account, if there’s enough money on it.

You still owe us several months or a different sum or you don’t know if the fees will change, or how much it will be? It does not matter, it does not make a difference. We will take care of it if we have those 20 digits.

What happens if something goes wrong or you don’t understand. We’re all human, so contact us. Let us know by e-mail or fax or come to the office and together we’ll sort it out. You paid too much? We’ll put it back on your account or whatever other way we agree upon.
