For several reasons the office of the Community of Owners has moved to 28 - 1.
Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 till 13.00 hours.
Carmen, who worked in the former office, is not working anymore with us. Now she works at the main-office of the promoter. In the new office you will be attended by Emil J. Böttcher and/or one of the representatives.

As you probably might have heard there were plans to keep an Info Meeting, at the end of September, to inform anyone who'd like to attend such a meeting. But what were you going to be informed about? The main issue was the new budget and people kept coming back about "outstanding debts and gentleman agreements about it". So we decided to let you decide yourself.

will be an Extraordinary General Meeting to be attended by all owners. All owners who paid their community fees up to and including September 2007 may vote about ... money, divided into 2 points at the agenda: Past & Future.
Newsletter
There will be sent a Newsletter soon. This Newsletter will be send by normal post to the directions known at the administration. You will be asked all to let us know where you'd like to receive our writings and also your e-mail. Once again we hope to update all directions of all owners. We need everyone's cooperation in this, so the next newsletter can be sent electronically i.e. by e-mail as much as possible to save costs (thousands of Euros). So please let us know your email-address.
This newsletter is mainly to inform all owners, because the most common complaint is the lack of information. Also in this newsletter we ask for candidates to be representative to have them elected before the end of this year. This is very important; they represent YOU!
To pay or not to pay; what's the difference?
As too many envelops, sent to owners, still are coming back to the administrator, it is obvious that we do not have everyone's address correct. This is very annoying and a waste of money. It is also impossible to inform those, that from the first of October owners who still have not paid up their community-fees will be charged extra costs. As, for example, a mailing to all owners is being paid by the Community of Owners (means paid by all), you might understand that all extra effort made to reach these debtors are on their account and not on the account of owners that do pay.
As the Community of Owners is not responsable for trying to find owners (as according to Spanish Law any owner is obliged to let us know how to reach them) we kindly ask everybody to contact his fellow-owner and inform them about this procedure and if in doubt to contact the administrator: administrador@mazarron.cc.
How to read the Minutes
When you are being granted access, this is done by sending you a standard e-mail. In this e-mail there is a link you have to click on. By doing so, you will see a log-in page. The only thing is, you do not have to log in, you must not log in. If you read on on that page you find on the right, below, that you can enter as a guest.
